Parmesan & Cracked Pepper ($12)
This loaf doesn’t need much introduction, it is just plain decadent. It has Parmesan cheese and fresh cracked pepper throughout the inside. Makes a mouth-watering grilled cheese sandwich.
Kalamata Olive & Herb ($12)
A taste of Greek fare with Kalamata olives, a blend of herbs, and a pinch of lemon rind. Delicious with goat cheese, figs, jams, and soups.
Cranberry & Walnut ($12)
Turkey or ham sandwich anyone? Made with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts. A crowd favorite to be enjoyed with your topping of choice or as a sandwich bread.
Country Classic ($10)
This is a classic favorite and versatile loaf with just the right amount of crunch on the crust and a soft tender inside. Made with white flour and a bit of whole grain wheat.
Barbara’s Multi-Grain ($10)
Feeling healthy, but still love a great tasting bread? This is my mom’s favorite made with 70% whole grains – spelt, wheat, and rye. This has a nice nutty flavor.
Cheddar & Jalapeno ($12)
A cheddar cheese lover’s delight with just the right amount of kick from the sliced jalapenos. Try with a Mexican themed salad or creamy soup, or with eggs for breakfast.
Sun Dried Tomato & Basil ($12)
This loaf has a wonderful taste that pairs well with many food combinations – dip in olive oil & balsamic vinegar, tomato soup, pasta dishes, salads.
Roasted Garlic & Rosemary ($12)
Whole roasted garlic with garden fresh rosemary creates a savory combination. Enjoy with cheeses, soups, or dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Whole Wheat ($10)
Similar to Barbara’s multi-grain loaf, but this is mostly whole grain wheat (70%) with a bit of white flour. Simple, delicious, and very healthy.
Cinnamon & Raisin ($12)
This was a request from my husband. When toasted and topped with butter it brought him back to his childhood. It is made in the same sourdough style as the other loaves. No added sugars or sweeteners, just the raisins.
Bread Bowls ($7 each)
What’s not to enjoy about a flavorful bowl of soup served up in a delicious sourdough style bread bowl? Think clam chowder or your favorite soup or stew.
French-Style Baguette ($5)
Crunchy crust with an airy and soft chewy taste inside. Delicious with butter, honey, jam. Also makes a great addition to charcuterie plates, an awesome garlic bread, or sandwich roll.
Classic Focaccia ($12)
Classic Italian focaccia made with yeast (not sourdough) and LOTS of olive oil. Pick toppings of your choice, suggestions are: fresh rosemary, or fresh herbs combo (basil, sage, parsley), or Kalamata olives with Herbs de Provence. Size is 9” x 13”.
Deli Rye Bread ($10)
Think pastrami on rye with this soft deli style rye bread. It has a blend of white and rye flours to give it a light and moist taste with a nice chew. It also has caraway seeds to complete that classic deli rye flavor. Ready after 11:00 AM.
English Muffins ($10 – Bag of 6)
This is no store bought English muffin! It is a light and fresh version that is soft and fluffy inside with a hint of sourdough taste. Makes a great breakfast sandwich – egg, cheese, Canadian bacon.
Dinkelbrot – Spelt Bread ($12)
This is a 100% spelt flour loaf. Spelt is an ancient whole grain wheat with a nutty flavor and is said to be easier to digest. This European style bread has sunflower and pumpkin seeds (I can leave them out though if seeds don’t agree with you). It is dense yet tender and moist, delivering incredible flavors! It goes well with butter or soft cheeses. Ready after 12:00 PM
100% Rye Bread ($10)
This European style rye bread is super healthy as it is 100% whole grain dark rye flour which is high in fiber and low in gluten. It is thick and dense with a sour-ish flavor profile. Not for everyone, but a classic that brings me back to my childhood when my Austrian grandmother used to bring us dark thinly sliced rye bread. Pairs great with smoked salmon, cream cheese and soft cheeses, meats and mustard.
